Hard Surfaces

Our process is very thorough and effective. Our years of experience will have your hard sufraces restored to like new condition.

Step 1 | Inspection

Along with our customer, we identify the condition of their floors and grout to determine our cleaning procedure.

Step 2 | Apply Cleaner

We apply one of our safe eco-friendly floor cleaners. As soon as it touches the floor it begins to act and break up the dirt and grime.

Step 3 | Agitation

We use our CRB or a high powered buffer machine to agitate the cleaning product throughout the hard surface. We use a manual hand brush for the areas our machines can’t reach.

Step 4 | Rinse and Extract

With our high performance truck mount, we use a rinsing solution to remove any residue and extract the water at the same time.

Step 5 | Drying

Several of our high-speed fans are placed in different places of the cleaned areas to ensure that the floors are completely dry.

Step 6 | Final Inspection

We do one last final review of our work with our customer to ensure that they are satisfied and answer any additional questions they may have.

Tile & Grout Sealing

Do not forget to seal the tile after it has been cleaned. Our customers know it’s important to always seal
after a cleaning to prevent any permanent staining and/or damage to the floors.
