Step 1 | Inspection
We invite our customer to do a walk-through the house with us. Together, we identify the type of carpet, stains, areas of heavy traffic and any special situations that require special attention.
Step 2 | Vacuum
We remove as much soil, dirt and dust from the carpet with our commercial vacuum. This makes the the rest of our process more effective.
Step 3 | Apply Cleaner
We apply some of our eco-friendly carpet care products. They help to break up, dissolve and loosen the stains from the carpet.
Step 4 | Agitation
We use our CRB (counter rotating brush) machine to work the cleaning product into the carpet. This also lifts the pile so we can provide a better extraction.
Step 5 | Hot Water Extraction
The carpet has now been properly agitated and its time for us to extract. We use our top of the line truck mount with high heat, pressure and a rinse product to carry out this step and leave your carpets like new again.
Step 6 | Post Groom
Once we have finished our extraction, we put on a fresh pair of clean brushes for our CRB to do a final groom and pile lift to leave the carpet fresh and to aid in fast drying.
Step 7 | Final Inspection
Our final step is to answer any questions our customer may have and review our work to ensure they are satisfied.

Step 1 | Inspection
We go over the details of the type of rug the customer has and the types of stains.
Step 2 | Vacuum
We use our commercial vacuum to remove all the loose soil, debris and dirt. This will make it easier and more efficient to carry out the rest of the cleaning process.
Step 3 | Apply Color Stabilization Solution
We apply a solution to test for any bleeding and to prevent any of it from happening when we clean the rugs.
Step 4 | Treat Urine Stains (if applicable)
We treat any urine stains with an acid to break down the salts and then apply a odor removal agent.
Step 5 | Apply Cleaning Product
We apply our cleaning agent to the entire rug. It’s important to let the product dwell for 15 mins before we proceed to the next step.
Step 6 | Agitation
We agitate our cleaning solution with our counter rotating brush machine (CRB) to suspend and loosen the debris, stains and dirt with our softest brush.
Step 7 | Extraction
We use soft water to neutralize the acid rinse used during hot water the extraction process.
Step 8 | Final Inspection
Our commercial air movers are set up to dry the rug as quickly as possible and we review our work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Step 1 | Inspection With UV
We do a walk-through the house with our UV light and customer to identify any urine stains.
Step 2 | Apply Enzyme and Odor
We apply our enzyme and odor removing products to help break down the urine salts and eliminate bad odors.
Step 3 | Rinse & Extraction
We use our water claw tool attached to our high power truck mount and extract all the urine stains to remove all the bacteria and salts.
