I have used RVA Steamer several times for my home and commercially for my church. They are very professional and customer-oriented. Offers professional recommendations and explains the reason for the recommendation but never pressures the client to purchase unwanted services. The floors look almost new and I don’t have to wait 2 days for them to completely dry.

We are selling our home and need our carpets cleaned. I called RVA Steamer and they came out to provide an estimate and then scheduled a convenient time for us. There were a few unidentified stains and the team was able to assess the stains and remove them. There was one that reappeared and they came back out to fix it. The pricing was fair and the quality of work is outstanding! Great customer service and the staff is extremely knowledgeable.

I highly recommend RVA Steamer. They did an awesome job on my living room carpet that I didn’t think could be salvaged. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and explained their process to me which was interesting. I will use them again for future cleanings.
